The Resplandor Cooperative Educational Curriculum’s main purpose is “Early Childhood Development and Learning,” focusing on the holistic growth of infants and children from six months to five years old. This approach encompasses the social, cognitive, linguistic, physical, emotional, and ethical areas, as highlighted by the EEC guidelines. Based on the values and principles of cooperativism—mutual aid, solidarity, democracy, responsibility, equality, and equity—we promote an inclusive and participatory learning environment. This environment allows each child to be recognized as a unique individual with their own needs and potential, fostering their sense of community and participation.

Our pedagogical approach incorporates developmentally appropriate practices, using play, exploration, and social interaction as fundamental tools. These practices are aligned with the EEC guidelines and promote the development of social and emotional skills, enabling children to build healthy relationships and face challenges with confidence and resilience.

Furthermore, we recognize the importance of involving families and the community in the educational process, strengthening shared responsibility for children’s education and well-being. This commitment to the community reflects our collective identity and ensures that cooperative values are integrated into every aspect of child development.

Cooperative Values
